In moments of profound need, hospice care provides compassionate holistic care support for patients facing terminal illness and their families at no cost to them. Our Care for a Day initiative aims to ensure that every individual receives the dignity, comfort and love they deserve during their final days.
Our reality, government funding only covers 53% of our operating costs each year, however, we provide more than simple basic care. Leaving us with a gap of almost $2 million annually.
HOW MUCH FUNDING DO WE NEED?
We need to raise an additional $500/day for each resident or $6,000/day to cover all 12 beds. Local businesses, community service groups, families and individuals like you can select a special day, week or month of care in memory of someone they lost.
