Meditation Drop In

Description: This class is offered in a hybrid format, both online and in-person. If you are not able to come to the building to participate, you have the option of participating via zoom. This class is led by a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher. The class is a combination of guided meditations, mindfulness practices and explanations of how and why these techniques can be a helpful tool for emotional regulation.
For virtual participation, you will need… a comfortable chair, a quiet space and 2-3 blankets or towels.
For in person participation, you will need…only yourself!
