Virtual Meditation Group

An event every 2 weeks that begins at 11:00 am on Thursday, repeating until May 26, 2022
Virtual meditation sessions focus on reducing stress and anxiety. The aim is to provide an opportunity to take pause during the day. This class will be hosted virtually in open groups and consist of two guided meditations. They will be approximately 20-25 min long.
To register for this program, community members must be a client with Hospice Vaughan and be referred by our Intake Coordinator.
