Join us for our great speaker Wendy Graham: Wendy is a Registered Psychotherapist (MACP) She is currently running her own practice/consultancy, specializing in palliative and grief and bereavement work.
About Wendy Graham
With a background in Counselling and Education, Wendy transitioned into Palliative Care and Grief & Bereavement counselling, while volunteering in community hospices. Because of her background and training in counselling she moved her career over to providing grief and bereavement support for children. She progressively expanded her work to include adults and later, families. Further education with King’s College in London Ontario increased the scope of Wendy’s work to include supporting palliative care clients and their families. In 2013 she completed her Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in Fredericton New Brunswick.
Over the past 24 years Wendy has supported numerous communities and hospices with education, advocacy and counselling in Palliative Care and Grief and Bereavement. She currently is in private practice in Caledon while offering workshops on compassion Fatigue, Caregiver Burnout, Peaceful Palliative Care, Advance Directives and Difficult Conversations.
