Instructions
  1. Combine ingredients. Mix and knead with hands with patience until the crumbly mixture comes together as a dough. Add more water droplets if necessary to obtain the right consistency.
  2. Using a sheet of parchment paper, roll the dough into a cylindrical log that can be cut in slices.
  3. Rub your hands with olive oil so you can shape the cookies without the dough sticking to your hands.
  4. Cut the log into 12 evenly sized slices.
  5. Roll each slice into a thin 6-7 cm rope. Then make each rope into a circle shape cookie and place onto a parchment lined cookie sheet.
  6. Brush the cookies with the egg wash.
  7. Bake in a preheated 350 F oven for 20 minutes.
