  1. The flour is sifted with the salt. Yeast (dissolved in a little warm water) and fat (butter/crisco)are added. Join with hands. Warm water is added and kneaded until a smooth dough is obtained. Portions are taken, which are made into balls.
  2. Each ball should be kneaded individually for 10 minutes. Let them rest for 20 minutes covered with a clean kitchen cloth. Then they are shaped like a pancake. They are pricked with a fork and placed on a baking sheet.
  3. Cook in the oven (preheated to 250 ° C), until golden.
