Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°
Filling
  1. Mix below well in a blender: 9 eggs 1/2 lb. Cooled melted butter 8 tbsp corn syrup 1 tbsp vanilla
  2. Add to mixture, and mix with spoon: 1 1/2 lbs. of Raisins Add 2 cups walnuts (pieces) Mix well then put filling aside.
Dough
  1. Mix the below and knead well: 1 pack of crisco (blue box) 8 fluid oz. water or milk add more if needed
  2. Once dough is ready, cut a piece off using a roller, roll out into 8 " to 10 " thin round shape, then repeat. Grease the cupcake pans with crisco.
Assemble
  1. Using a glass or cup or a round cookie cutter press out and place dough into greased cupcake pan.
  2. Add filling 3/4 of the way up
  3. Place in oven & bake for about 10 to 15 minutes until bottoms are slightly browned. Remove butter tarts onto a clean cloth to allow cooling
  4. Then repeat Grease cupcake pan Add dough Add filling & bake Happy baking !!!
