Building Resiliency Through Mindfulness & Heart-Based Practices
Resiliency is one of the core qualities of well-being. It can be defined as the ability to adapt to change and keep going when things are difficult. This spring, we are offering a closed 8-week course for caregivers. The course will be hosted virtually and include short talks, guided meditation, reflections and small group discussions.
