About Hospice Vaughan
Since 1995, Hospice Vaughan, a not-for-profit organization, has been providing compassionate support to individuals facing a life-limiting illness, their families and caregivers or those who have experienced the loss of a loved one. Our new hub for palliative care will enable the expansion of existing programs and services that include in-home supports, day programs, grief and bereavement support, counselling and wellness services as well as children’s support. Hospice Vaughan – Mario & Nick Cortellucci Hospice Palliative Care Centre of Excellence houses a 10-Bed Palliative Care Hospice and the Hospice Vaughan Institute of Hospice Palliative Care. All our programs and services are offered free of charge.
